Wikipedia - Nomads United

Nomads United is an association football club based in Casebrook, Christchurch, New Zealand. The club competes in the Southern League, the second tier of New Zealand football. It won its first major honour, The English Cup in 1914 and have since won it 10 more times.

Nomads United to nowozelandzki klub piłkarski z siedzibą w Auckland. Klub został założony w 1964 roku przez młodych emigrantów z Europy. Nomadzi początkowo występowali w lokalnych ligach, jednak szybko awansowali do wyższych klas rozgrywkowych, docierając do New Zealand Football Championship, najwyższej klasy rozgrywkowej w kraju. Nomadzi odnieśli kilka sukcesów w krajowych rozgrywkach, zdobywając między innymi Puchar Nowej Zelandii w 2007 roku. Klub ma silną tradycję szkolenia młodzieży, a wielu wychowanków Nomads później grało w reprezentacji Nowej Zelandii.
