Västra Frölunda Idrottsförening – szwedzki klub piłkarski grający obecnie w trzeciej lidze, mający siedzibę w mieście Göteborg, leżącym na zachodzie kraju, nad cieśniną Kattegat.

Västra Frölunda IF jest szwedzkim klubem piłkarskim, założonym w 1927 roku. Siedzibą klubu jest Gothenburg, a jego stadionem domowym jest Ruddalens IP.

Västra Frölunda IF gra obecnie w Ettan (trzecim poziomie ligi szwedzkiej). Klub odniósł pewne sukcesy w latach 70-tych i 80-tych XX wieku, grając wówczas w Allsvenskan (najwyższym poziomie ligi szwedzkiej). Najlepszym wynikiem klubu było zajęcie 5. miejsca w Allsvenskan w sezonie 1977.

Västra Frölunda IF jest znane ze swojej silnej akademii młodzieżowej, która wychowała wielu utalentowanych piłkarzy, w tym Kennetha Anderssona, Tobbiasa Linderotha i Petera Ijeh.
