Reprezentacja Irlandii w rugby 7 kobiet – zespół rugby 7, biorący udział w imieniu Irlandii w meczach i sportowych imprezach międzynarodowych, powoływany przez selekcjonera, w którym mogą występować wyłącznie zawodnicy posiadający obywatelstwo tego kraju, mieszkający w nim, bądź kwalifikujący się ze względu na pochodzenie rodziców lub dziadków. Za jego funkcjonowanie odpowiedzialny jest Irish Rugby Football Union, członek Rugby Europe oraz World Rugby.

Po zdobyciu w 2013 roku Wielkiego Szlema przez reprezentację seniorek IRFU ogłosił długoterminowy plan rozwoju również żeńskiego rugby siedmioosobowego, którego pierwszym efektem ma być awans do turnieju olimpijskiego w 2016 roku. Prócz celu olimpijskiego plan ten miał podnieść prestiż kobiecego sportu w Irlandii, zwiększyć liczbę uprawiających rugby kobiet oraz przyciągnąć zawodniczki z innych dyscyplin sportu, a jego wdrożenie miało kosztować ponad 1,1 miliona euro rocznie.
